Let's start with the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Experience & Insights Analyst to support the execution of our customer insights and research initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver research projects that help us better understand our players, their behaviors, and their experience across our platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a background in market research (consulting agency or in-house) who enjoys working with data, translating insights into clear reports, and contributing to customer experience improvements in a fast-paced digital environment.

As a Customer Experience & Insights Analyst you will:

• Market Research: 
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects (online surveys, interviews, focus groups);
  • Develop structured questionnaires and discussion guides to support research initiatives;
  • Coordinate fieldwork and ensure quality control of research outputs;
  • Support ad-hoc research requests from internal stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze research data using statistical and thematic analysis techniques;
  • Prepare clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders;
  • Identify key findings, trends, and behavioral patterns from customer feedback;
  • Translate research findings into practical recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Voice of Customer & CX Support:
  • Support the monitoring of CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and Customer Effort Score;
  • Assist in the collection and consolidation of feedback across channels (surveys, support interactions, app reviews);
  • Contribute to customer journey analysis by identifying friction points and improvement opportunities;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure research insights are shared and understood.
• Customer Journey Mapping & Optimization:
  • Support the development and update of customer journey maps by incorporating research findings and customer feedback insights;
  • Analyze key journey touchpoints across web, mobile, and app platforms to identify behavioral patterns and experience gaps;
  • Use quantitative and qualitative research data to highlight friction points in onboarding, gameplay, payments, support, and retention stages;
  • Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities by translating journey insights into clear, data-backed recommendations.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field;
• 2–4 years of experience in market research (consulting agency experience is highly desirable);
• Hands-on experience with survey design and quantitative data analysis;
• Familiarity with research and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia or similar tools);
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel proficiency required; Power BI or similar tools is a plus);
• Ability to structure insights clearly and present findings in a concise and compelling way;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-growing digital environment.
