    key responsibilities

  • Overseeing and correcting salary data entry
  • Supervising and maintaining a repository of payroll statements and statistical information
  • Monitoring monthly employment data for accurate processing payroll management software
  • Managing pension rights and advice
  • Tracking legislative changes in relevant areas
  • Calculating final payroll amounts
  • Submitting final income tax declarations
  • Processing and sending annual income certificates
  • Handling labor inspection and leave allowances
  • Supervising HR admin team
    experience Minimum of 5-7 years prior experience in a similar role.
