Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservations Manager to efficiently oversee all reservation processes and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Reservations or Front Office role within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent command of English (written & oral) — mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Protel PMS — required.
