Job summary
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our Corporate Legal Department team. The role involves providing legal services to the subsidiaries of Quest Holdings SA on matters related to EU and foreign procurement procedures and Technology law delivering expert legal advice, and ensuring adherence to regulations.The role reports to the Legal Unit Manager for this position we expect you to: Draft review negotiate various contracts with partners subcontractors customers within the framework of EU foreign procurement procedures provide legal advice resolve complex issues coordinate external counsel as necessary draft review negotiate contract software industry manage disputes vendors partners coordinating external counsel identify assess mitigate potential risks support projects requests corporate department liaise regulatory authorities ensure compliance policies procedures.
Your experience skillset qualifications will help succeed in this position moving forward.
