Job summary
The Product Support /SRE will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of highly secure, mission-critical systems.This is a senior, hands-on position focused on supporting complex production environments,
improving system resilience,
and driving automation across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high availability and reliability of large-scale production systems.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
- Designing and improving monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.
