Location: Athens, Thessaloniki, or Chania Greece (On-site or Remote, depending on the project)
Language Requirements: German (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Relocation Support: Flight ticket, 2-week hotel stay, airport pickup, and real estate assistance

Your Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Assist with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting
Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional support
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Native German speaker and
English at a B2+ level (used for training and internal communication)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
