Job summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and numerically savvy Affiliate Operations Executive to support and strengthen the financial and operational backbone of our global affiliate program across 20 markets.This is a heavily data-driven and financially focused role where you will reconcile affiliate performance data, validate commissions, coordinate monthly invoicing and payment approvals with Finance, investigate discrepancies handle payment queries maintain compliant documentation monitor affiliate KPIs prepare weekly/monthly performance payable commission reports identify data anomalies maintain reporting dashboards Excel Google Sheets BI support monthly payment forecasts budgeting cycles cash-flow planning track actuals vs forecast provide insights to stakeholders maintain accurate affiliate accounts tracking links platform accuracy across markets communicate payment approvals holds updates internal stakeholders.
