Senior Project Manager for Development - Athens

+ Monitor architectural design functionality aesthetics and compliance with local zoning laws urban planning regulations
+ Oversee design process ensuring alignment with initial objectives local regulations building codes e.g Greek Building Regulations
+ Ensure compliance with necessary building codes local regulations
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day design activities schedules deadlines coordinating team members involved in projects collaborating with architects engineers external project participants regularly visiting construction sites monitoring progress project compliance initiating risks related to cost overruns schedule delays quality issues maintaining up-to-date knowledge changes in construction laws architectural guidelines Greece preparing necessary project plans documentation identifying critical milestones monitoring their execution
Requirements: specialized Bachelor's or Master's degree architecture civil engineering related field minimum years experience project management construction engineering architecture professional certification project management advantage proven track record successfully completing projects time budget technical quality requirements standards solid understanding main architectural design principles knowledge Greek building regulations zoning laws construction codes proficiency project management software MS Project Primavera proficiency architectural design tools AutoCAD Revit excellent communication negotiation skills highly developed organizational time management skills strong attention details proficiency Greek minimum level C2 proficiency English minimum level B2 responsibility reliability proactivity ability manage multipleconstructionprojects simultaneously meet deadlines problem-solving mindset handle on-site challenges efficiently
