- Be the focal point of passengers seeking assistance due to reduced mobility
- Monitor the safe efficient and expeditious PRM operations within the terminal and oversee shareholders' activities
- Liaise with the service providers ensuring the smooth service of PRM upon precedence
- Ensure the proper registration of all PRM requests in the system
