- Managing daily warehousing operations (workflow, personnel, processes)
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods under health, safety & security standards
- Optimizing process flow and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs
- Monitoring productivity & quality KPIs and maintain process excellence
- Support new business setups
experience - Minimum four (3) years of proven experience in similar position in a multinational environment
skills - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and influence others
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines with flexibility and ability to set priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
qualifications - University degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
- Post Graduate Qualifications in Logistics will be considered an asset.
- Advanced skills in standard software applications (MS Office, ERP, etc)
- Excellent use of English at a professional level
