Για περισσότερα από 60 χρόνια, η DECON S.A. πρωτοπορεί στον τομέα του marine outfitting, παρέχοντας τεχνικές και εσωτερικές λύσεις υψηλής ποιότητας σε ναυπηγεία και πλοιοκτήτες σε όλη την Ευρώπη. Αναζητούμε νέο μέλος για τη στελέχωση του Purchasing & Procurement Department.
Κύρια Καθήκοντα
· Διαχείριση αγορών υλικών marine outfitting (πρώτες ύλες, εξοπλισμός, ειδικές κατασκευές από υπεργολάβους).
· Επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση με προμηθευτές στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.
· Συνεχής αναζήτηση, αξιολόγηση και ένταξη νέων προμηθευτών και πηγών υλικών.
· Διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων, τιμών και όρων για τη διασφάλιση οικονομικής αποδοτικότητας και ποιότητας.
· Διαχείριση εντολών αγοράς και παρακολούθηση χρόνων παράδοσης καθώς και συντονισμός αποστολών παραδόσεων ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η έγκαιρη προμήθεια για τα έργα.
· Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τον πελάτη (ναυπηγεία), σε θέματα προμηθειών, παραδόσεων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
· Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Engineering, Project Management και Logistics.
· Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, ποιότητα και απαιτήσεις έργων.
· Τήρηση αρχείων προμηθευτών, προσφορών και συμβολαίων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Γνώσεις ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδίου.
Γνώση και κατανόηση τεχνικών όρων.
Αποδεδειγμένη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε θέσεις Purchasing / Procurement, ιδανικά σε marine, ναυπηγικό ή τεχνικό περιβάλλον (κατασκευές/ανακαινίσεις)
Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας, με ισχυρή οργανωτική ικανότητα.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προτεραιοποίησης και τήρησης προθεσμιών.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν προσόν).
Άνεση στην επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και πελάτες.
Προσεκτική και αναλυτική σκέψη, με ανεπτυγμένες ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
Προσόντα που θα εκτιμηθούν
· Εμπειρία σε έργα ναυπηγείων ή refit, σε κατασκευές ή ανακαινίσεις
· Γνώση υλικών και προδιαγραφών marine outfitting.
· Bασική γνώση MS Project.
· Βασική γνώση AutoCad.
· Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα.
