B2BCSS supports customers in every phase of their lifecycle within our company providing information resolving issues and ensuring that the customer is satisfied
,Responsibilities:
- Manual process of entering orders in ERP.
- Ensure customers receive the correct products and orders go to the correct location.
- Verify the availability of placed orders
- Manage efficient handling of backorders
- Communicating with customers directly.This includes reading emails thoroughly and responding timely
- Coodinating with different departments within company to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time
- Organize deliveries world-wide timely efficientlyHandling delivery discrepancies an customor complaints
