Role Overview

At Unitrack S.A., we are looking for an Accounting Assistant, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, based in Aspropyrgos, to support the daily accounting operations of the company and ensure the smooth execution of financial and administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a structured accounting environment, contributing to the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting entries and verify supporting documents.
Manage invoicing processes (invoices, delivery notes, credit notes).
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
Record goods imports.
Manage customer and supplier agreements and communicate to ensure timely settlement of balances.
Support submission of statutory reports (INTRASTAT, VEIS).
Manage the fixed assets registry and perform accounting follow-up.
Ensure accurate transmission of data to MyData, reconciliation, and record accuracy.
Support leasing processes, settlements, and credit control procedures.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management approval.
Prepare statements, letters, and reports for management review and approval.
Maintain an organized accounting archive with proper classification and traceability of documents.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree (AEI/TEI) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting position.
Holder of Accountant – Tax Technician License (Class B').
Good knowledge of Greek GAAP and third-category bookkeeping.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of Softone will be considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
Team-oriented mindset and professional communication skills
