As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Roka, desserts are the perfect finale to an extraordinary dining experience, and you'll play a vital role in crafting these masterpieces.
Your expertise, creativity, and leadership will ensure the highest standards of quality while inspiring junior team members to grow and excel.
Roka is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants.Roka Mykonos offers diners a seasonal, sun-soaked escape, where vibrant dishes, inventive cocktails, and live DJs set the scene for unforgettable summer days and nights.
ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the RobataMain Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth service flow, while focusing on minimizing waste
Monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all pastry products, delivering perfection in every dish
Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Roka's cleanliness and safety standards
Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards
Coach and mentor Pastry Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills and align with Roka's high standards of quality and consistency.
