I would like to indicate that I have over fifteen years of experience in this area.(as Kitchen Steward,Supervisor and Chief Steward). 

Three hotels that I took over as Chief Steward,opened for the first time (Pre Opened situation).
 

I worked as Kitchen Porter at Alfredo's Restaurant (Hyatt Regency Casino, Greece) where I was  Team Steward Leader for 5 years.

Alfredo's Grand Dining, at the private area of Hyatt Regency Casino, enjoys the title of the best restaurant in Thessaloniki, as it is awarded with 16 Golden Hat Culinary Awards, the maximum gastronomic distinction in Greece. 

I was as Chief Steward at Melco's Casino in Limasol, Cyprus from 01/03/2019 to 31/08/2019 .

From 01/05/2020 to  31/10/2020 I worked at Santa Marina Hotel (Marriott Hotels) as Head Kitchen Porter 

From 03/05/2021 to 25/09/2021 I worked at Rocabella Mykonos Hotel (Member of Design Hotels of the world ) as Head KP.

In 2021 winter season,I worked at Burg Vital Hotel in Lech,Austria .I worked there at Griggeler Stuba restaurant  as Head KP( Griggeler Stuba is recommended by

• 4 toques (18 of 20 points) from Gault Millau,
• with 95 of 100 points by A LA CARTE guide and has been
• awarded with 97 of 100 points by Falstaff restaurant guide as "the best of the best".

In 2022 winter season,I worked as Head KP to Kempinski Hotel,Saint Moritz,Switzerland and I was working at Ca Doro Restaurant,2 Michelin stars awarded.

I am learning  German at that moment!

I am also HACCP trained.

I attended an online seminar at University of Athens,Greece,EKPA, on COVID-19 virus protection.

I am looking for a new  opportunities!
