About me:

Recognizing the importance of the management offices of incoming tourism in the supply chain of the tourism industry, I focused mainly on this area for the most part of my professional career.

I have been focused and I continue to make a lot of effort in Business Analysis by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

It is an endless process, on the basis of which, a wide collection of operating procedures has been created.

This collection covers a wide range of operating procedures for all departments of a management office of incoming tourism , and is divided in 3 levels.

I designed and implemented a system that meets all the expectations and needs stemming from the modern dictates, on the operation and viability of these enterprises, as an integral part of the tourism industry.

With the use of BPR (Business Proccess Reengineering), a method of strategically recreating the processes within our business, we continuasly improve flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness across our daily workflows.

We use RPA (Robotic Process Automation Tools) in order to enable to employees to focus better on higher priority tasks by pushing the monotonous, routine tasks to software robots to complete. The robots work in a direct manner across application user interfaces. The input data automatically and trigger actions across many different systems acting on the employee’s behalf.
