Museum Assistant 03/2024 - 03/2025
Greek Arcade Museum
I worked for one year in the Greek Arcade Museum. During my time there I aided the visitors of the museum
by welcoming them, checking their tickets and providing them with information about the museum. I also
offered tours about the exhbition, both in greek and english to groups. Additionally, I wrote the main part of
the tour in both languages and did research on how to improve the museum's activities.

NOSTOS - Municipality of Athens
I worked in the educational program "ΓΝΩΡΙΖΩ ΤΗΝ ΑΘΗΝΑ" which allowed kids to visit Museums and
Cultural Sites of Athens in a fun and interactive way. I implemented the educational activities themselves,
but I also aided in adjusting the activities and included new details.

During my internship in the Ministry of Culture I had the chance to aid in the creation of a cultural route and
finding the points of interests across the route, while communicating with local groups or organizations to
enchase the visitor's experience.

Hellenic IT Museum
During my Internship in the Hellenic IT Museum, I worked on improving the current exhibition, coming up with
educational programs, assisted in our public relations with foreign collaborators while also additionally
focusing on translating and improving the current texts for the panels behind the exhibits, collection
development and cataloging.

In this International Master's Degree, I had courses on a variety of subjects such as : Sustainable Tourism,
Heritage Management, Heritage Marketing, Heritage and Cultural Tourism,Destination Management, Tourism
Development Plans.
My Master's Degree was about the mental images of foreign tourists about three archeological sites of
Athens, before and after their visit.

In my degree I studied in detail about several historical periods as well cultural management (museology,
events, museum education, management of cultural institutions).
My Thesis was about the city of Nafpaktos. It focused on the Battle of Lepanto and how it's showcased in the
city currently through festival and events as well as in the local Museum
