Food Scientist-Technologist with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and EU Food Regulation. Holding an MSc in Food and Beverages Legislation from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in Food Technology-Quality Assurance from the University of Reading, and a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of the Aegean. My career in the food industry began at Yiotis SA as a Quality Controller, followed by a role as Lab Analyst at the Hellenic Research and Innovation Centre.
