▪ Employee Relations – Lead in coordination meetings to resolve employee relation matters. Member of Inter-committee for Code of Conduct complain mechanism.
▪ HR Project Management – Supervisor of HR Projects and ensuring achieving desired results based on relevant KPIs. (Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Benchmarking, ISO Inspection etc.)
▪ Change Management – Responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating HR Policies and Procedures based on operational needs. Ensuring alignment between HR and Organizational Strategy. Lead in downsizing program and exit plans.
▪ Communication & Compliance – Lead in internal communication on HR matters. Responsible for keeping up to date SMT and HR regarding labor law and ensuring compliance. Lead in communication with external partners (legal advisors, payroll providers etc.).
ACTING HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
▪ Business Partnering – Providing coaching, mentoring, and advising SMT and managers on HR matters.
▪ Talent Acquisition – Coordinating Talent Acquisition procedure across organization.
▪ People Management & Development – Coordinating HR Team. Direct Supervision of 3 employees. Technical Supervision of 3 employees.
▪ Employee Relations – Lead in coordination meetings to resolve employee relation matters. Member of Inter-committee for Code of Conduct complain mechanism.
▪ Communication & Compliance – Coordinating internal communication and compliance with labor law.
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
▪ Business Partnering - Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to advise on hiring decisions, people management issues, processes, and HR tools, based on operational needs.
▪ Talent Acquisition – Main recruiter (2016-2018).
▪ Training & Development – Responsible for the organization and implementation of training projects (excel courses, ERP etc.). Focal point for line managers for employee training and development plans and skill mapping (2018-2019). Coaching and mentoring of junior HR staff.
▪ Compensation & Benefits – Responsible for conducting the monthly overall payroll check (2020-2022). Responsible for monitoring the private insurance plan (2018-2021). Responsible for implementing relevant policies on salary rates, allowances etc.
▪ People & Conflict Management – Responsible for coordinating staff meetings to resolve conflicts. Certified Investigator.
▪ Reporting & Analysis – Responsible for monthly donor reporting (2020-2022), consolidated country reports to identify gaps/needs and propose improvements (2018-2022). Active participation in audits to ensure compliance. Focal point for benchmarking.
▪ Communication & Compliance – Responsible for ensuring implementation of DRC’s policies and labor law compliance. Focal point for employee queries regarding labor matters, complains, and requests on a country level.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
▪ Talent Acquisition – Recruitment, selection & hiring process implementation. Focal point for expatriate staff hiring process.
▪ External & Internal Communication – Communication with HR HQ for expatriate staff matters and national & international authorities to support VISA issuance procedures. Assist field HR Units whenever needed. Support employees in HR related queries.
▪ Administration & Data management – Responsible for personnel files monitoring, leaves, and drafting of employment contracts, work certificates etc. Focal point for HR Induction for new employees.
