A results-driven and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager with over 15 years of progressive experience in shipping and maritime finance, audit, and assurance. I bring a dual perspective from both in-house financial leadership at A.M. Nomikos and international audit experience with Deloitte, managing the reporting needs of public and private companies under IFRS, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards.

As an FCCA and holder of an MSc in International Finance, I specialize in preparing consolidated and stand-alone financial statements, coordinating audits, managing reporting teams, and providing strategic financial insights to Boards and CFOs. My professional background includes deep involvement in IPOs, SEC filings, internal control audits, and stakeholder communication across complex corporate structures.

I am passionate about delivering reliable, transparent financial reporting and value building long-term collaborations in challenging, high-compliance environments.

In my current role as Financial Reporting Manager at A.M. Nomikos Transworld Maritime Agencies S.A., I lead the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements for a diverse portfolio of ship-owning entities. I coordinate internal and external audits, oversee the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to the Board of Directors and stakeholders, and manage a team responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. My role requires a high level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an ability to navigate complex group structures.

Prior to this, I spent over five years at Deloitte, where I supervised audit engagements for U.S. SEC-listed and private shipping companies. I was actively involved in IPO processes, SEC filings, internal control audits, and SOC attestations under both IFRS and U.S. GAAP. This dual experience has given me a unique perspective on financial transparency and compliance.

I hold a BA in Accounting and Finance, an MSc in International Finance and am a Fellow member of the ACCA (FCCA), reflecting my commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in financial practice.
